# About Me

Hello, my name is Zacharie Coulibaly, and my friends (and most everybody else I know) call me Zach. I've always been interested in technology, especially at a young age when I used to play Roblox on my dad's laptop and Disney Infinity 2.0 on my Xbox 360. I was always fascinated by how these little boxes could do so much; by age 12, I knew exactly what I wanted to do when I grew up... create video games. I started learning how to do game development on Roblox, and man, I thought that I was out of my league. I'd see all of these games and thought about how cool they were, and it made me upset that the most I could produce was a walking and running animation. My dream started sadly dying out, but I still knew in the back of my mind that I wanted to do something related to technology. A lot of time passed before my cousin introduced me to the world of Linux and how it's basically used in everything that you can think of. From computers to your phone, from your TV to your smart fridge, Linux powers a big portion of modern technology. I started studying for my RHCSA, and in November 2025, at the age of 18, I officially became Red Hat Certified. However, after that day, I didn't really use my certification much, and I forgot a lot about what I had learned. That's the point of this blog: to help me regain my skill set and to also hopefully teach some of you how amazing Linux can be. I hope you stick with me on my journey to relearn Linux and also gain some other skills along the way.
